Outlook Temporary Attachment folder

When attachments are opened in Outlook they are cached in a temporary folder. This folder is called the “Outlook Secure Temp Folder”

If you open an attachment from an email, make changed and then presses ‘Save’ (not save as) the changes may be saved into their temporary folder.

If you need to access the modified document you could try checking this folder.
