[SOLVED] Outlook 2013 – Email signature changing colour for replies

Problem

Solution

This issue occurs when the signature does not have a colour set, that is, the colour is set to ‘automatic’.

To fix you need to edit the signature and set the colour to the preferred colour (i.e. black).

The steps below how to do this:

  1. With Outlook 2013 open, click on the ‘FILE’ menu
  2. Select ‘Mail’ from the left hand menu
  3. Click on the ‘Signatures’ button
  4. Select all the text in the ‘Edit signature’ text box
  5. And change the font colour from ‘Automatic’ to the colour of your choosing.
