Creating an email signature with Entourage 2008

How to create an email signature using Entourage 2008 (Version 12.1.5).

 

  1. If the user already has a signature, locate it (in the Sent Items folder), select the text and copy (Apple key + C)
  2. With Entourage started, select the ‘Tools’ menu and then ‘Signatures’
  3. Click on the ‘New’ button
  4. Under ‘Name’ enter in a display name for the signature
  5. In the lower part of the window create or paste in the desired email signature
  6. Close the window and choose ‘Save’ to save the changes
  7. Select the ‘Entourage’ menu and select ‘Account Settings’
  8. Double click on the users account name
  9. Select the ‘Options’ tab
  10. Under ‘Default signature’ select the name of the signature you created
  11. Click ‘OK’ and close the Accounts window.
