- Click on the Start Menu, choose Printers and Faxes
- Go to the File Menu, and choose Server Properties, then click on the Advanced Tab.
- There is a check box labelled Show informational notifications for network printers, which is on by default, uncheck this option, which will cause printer balloons to be disabled.
